Our Grievance Redressal Process

  1. Acknowledgment:
    Once we receive your grievance, we will acknowledge it within 24 working hours.

  2. Resolution:
    We aim to resolve all grievances within 15 working days from the date of receipt.

  3. Escalation:
    If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you can escalate the matter to our Grievance Redressal Officer.
